Ms. Oades began her career with the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) in 1991 as a Planning Officer with the Policy, Planning and International Development branch. In the years preceding her appointment as DCW, Ms. Oades served as the Director General of both the Strategic Policy and Intergovernmental Relations, and Learning and Development branches.
