Death of Inmate at Pittsburgh Institution

Joyceville, Ontario, September 4, 2012 – On September 2, 2012, inmate Clinton Graham from Pittsburgh Institution died of natural causes at Kingston General Hospital in Kingston.
 
At the time of his death, Mr. Graham, 60, was serving a life sentence for Second Degree Murder.  His sentence had commenced on January 18, 1982.

Next of kin have been notified.

As in all cases where an individual dies while in custody, the police and coroner have been notified. In addition, the Correctional Service of Canada will review the circumstances surrounding the incident.
