FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
MILLHAVEN INSTITUTION RETURNS TO NORMAL
KINGSTON, March 12, 2003 — The disruption at Millhaven Institution that took place on Monday and Tuesday of this week is over. After several discussions between management and the representatives of UCCO-SACC-CSN, Millhaven Institution has returned to its normal routine. All correctional officers have returned to their posts.
At all times during this illegal job action the situation within the institution remained calm. Public safety was not compromised in any way.
