FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

KINGSTON, ON, May 14, 2004 - On May 14, 2004 at the 21:00 count an offender was found to be missing. An immediate search was conducted of the property and he was not located.

Missing is Randall Wiggins, serving a life sentence for second-degree murder. His criminal history dates back to 1989. The vast majority were property related offenses. Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $1000.00, (1990/04/09), Over $1000.00 (1991-11-20), Take Motor Vehicle, (1991-04-11) and Theft (1989-08-10). He is a 32 year old male, 5 feet 9 inches, weighs 158 pounds and has short brown hair. His sentence commenced October 13, 1992. His Day Parole Eligibility is June 17, 2000 and Full Parole Eligibility is June 17, 2003.

Police were immediately notified and his whereabouts remain unknown.

Anyone with information of the whereabouts of this person is asked to contact the local police.
