FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

GRAVENHURST, ON, April 20, 2005 - During a routine search of an offender following a visit at Fenbrook Institution, three packages of drugs were found. The drugs believed to be heroin; ecstasy and marijuana were found wrapped in cellophane. Through the diligent work of Correctional staff and our drug interdiction practices, the drug shipment was intercepted. The quantity of drugs had an approximate institution value of $2,400.

The Ontario Provincial Police were notified immediately and charges are pending.
