FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

KINGSTON, ON, March 28, 2006 - At approximately 0330 hours on March 27, 2006, inmate Wayne Boden passed away of natural causes after a lengthy illness. The inmate had been at Kingston Regional Hospital for six weeks, while under the jurisdiction of Bath Institution.

Wayne Boden was serving an indeterminate sentence for murder. His sentence commenced on February 16, 1972. Funeral arrangements are underway.
