FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
RELOCATION OF THE KINGSTON PAROLE OFFICE: PUBLIC CONSULTATION
Kingston, ON, March 2, 2010 - Correctional Service Canada (CSC) will be relocating the Kingston Area Parole Office as a larger office space is required. Through a tendering process, CSC and Public Works and Government Services Canada will identify potential locations.
CSC is committed to taking into consideration the concerns and views of the community prior to relocating the parole office. Members of the public and the media are welcome to learn more about the role of the Parole Office in the community by attending the following Open House:
Thursday March 4th, 2010 from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m.
The Cornell Building, 2nd floor at 234 Concession Street
Kingston, ON
Presentations at 2:30, 4:30 and 6:30 p.m.
Staff will be available for discussion and a guided tour of the Kingston Parole Office.
