COLLINS BAY INSTITUTION RETURNS TO REGULAR ROUTINE

Kingston, Ontario, November 24, 2011 – Collins Bay Institution has returned to regular routine after concluding an exceptional search following an inmate assault that occurred on November 14th, 2011.

Regular visits have resumed and all operations have returned to normal.

The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) works to ensure the continued safety and security to the public, staff and inmates.
