FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CALGARY, AB, October 14, 2005 - The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC), Southern Alberta Parole District, in conjunction with a number of our community partners, including the John Howard Society (JHS), the Calgary Police Services (CPS), the Seventh Step Society and the Mennonite Central Committee invites you to attend an information session regarding local initiatives relating to CSC, JHS, Seventh Step and the CSC Lifeline Program.

The occasion will provide you with the opportunity to meet various individuals who represent local agencies affiliated with the conditional release of offenders in Calgary.
