FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SASKATOON, SK, March 27, 2007 - At approximately 16:00 hours on March 26, a patient at the Regional Psychiatric Centre was found deceased.

An investigation is underway to determine the cause of death of Aaron Crawford, age 33.

Patient Crawford's next of kin have been notified.

Both police and the coroner's office have been advised of the death as per normal procedures.

The Regional Psychiatric Centre is a multi-level accredited psychiatric hospital operated by the Correctional Service of Canada located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. There are currently 186 patients receiving assessment and/or treatment at the Centre.
