LOCKDOWN AT DRUMHELLER INSTITUTION
DRUMHELLER, Alberta - February 17, 2009 – Drumheller Institution inmates have been locked in their cells to facilitate a through search of the institution. The search began at about 8 a.m. on February 16, 2009.
The institution will remain locked down while staff complete the search of the institution.
Ensuring the safety and security of the public, institutional staff, remains the highest priority in the operations of the federal correctional system.
