INMATE FROM WILLOW CREE HEALING LODGE UNLAWFULLY AT LARGE

DUCK LAKE, SK, May 26, 2010 – On May 25, 2010, Larry Sidney Primeau was found to be Unlawfully at Large at approximately 2100 hours when he failed to return from an Unescorted Temporary Absence.

Larry Sidney Primeau, aged 29, is currently serving a four year sentence for Possession of a Schedule I Substance, Possession of a Schedule III Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Posession of Schedule I/II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (x2), Theft Under (x2), and Fail to Appear. His sentence commenced on September 10, 2008 and his warrant expiry date is September 9, 2012.

Larry Sidney Primeau has brown eyes, black hair, and a medium complexion. He stands 5'5-feet tall and weighs 124 pounds.

The authorities have been notified and the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) will continue to work with the police in an effort to locate the offender as quickly as possible. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Mr. Primeau is asked to contact their local police department.

CSC will review the circumstances surrounding the incident and will take action where necessary.

Willow Cree Healing Lodge is a federally-operated minimum security institution currently accomodating 40 inmates.
