Innisfail, Alta. May 21, 2011 – On Saturday, May 21, 2011 at approximately 10 a.m. the Warden of Bowden Institution authorized a lockdown of the institution to perform an exceptional search.

The search is being conducted to ensure the safety and security of the institution, its staff and inmates as a result of ongoing observations and intelligence during the last 24 hours.
