FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

LAVAL, Quebec, July 5, 2004 - Media representatives are invited to the 15^th annual activity day for disabled children scheduled on Friday, July 9, 2004 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at Leclerc Institution, a federal, medium-security penitentiary.

Please join us at Leclerc Institution, located at 400 Montée St-François in Laval, between noon and 2:00 pm. The program of activities includes games, lunch and gifts for the children.

More than 50 children and about 20 assistants and volunteers from the agencies "L'ami du deficient mental" and "La joie des enfants" will be on hand for the event. About 60 inmates will participate in the activity.
