FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

LAVAL, QC, October 6, 2005 - As part of the Government of Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign, Montée St-François Institution, a federal minimum-security penitentiary, invites media representatives and the public to a visit of the "Old Pen", which will be held this Saturday and Sunday, October 8th and 9th, between 9 am and 4 pm.

All the received funds will be donated to the Government of Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the National Defence are partners of this event and will be on site.

Media representatives should join us at the "Old Pen" between 9 am and noon. While confirming your attendance, please indicate your choice of date and time.
