A Community Employment Coordinator will then contact you to discuss possible employment opportunities within your company.

CSC’s Role

Providing assistance to offenders in finding work is only one aspect of successful reintegration. Offenders also receive support from professionals in many different fields (parole officers, psychologists, social workers, and program officers) who all work together to ensure that offenders experience a smooth and safe transition to the community.

One of CSC’s Community Employment Coordinators will be your main contact for discussing job opportunities within your company. They will assist you in defining the skills required for the position, as well as selecting offenders that meet these requirements. After the offender begins working the Community Employment Coordinator will check in at specific intervals to ensure things are going well, and that the offender is a good fit for your company.
