Kosovo

CSC's work in Kosovo began with a request to provide technical assistance to the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK). CSC experts became involved in numerous aspects of the correctional rebuilding process in Kosovo, including: assisting in the development of strategic correctional plans; participating in the recruitment and training of local correctional officers; and, providing technical assistance and executive support. This project finished in June 2003.
