Figure 3 presents both the regional distributions of NVSP FTEs and victims who registered with CSC from February 2002 to September 2009. Overall, except in Ontario (28% of FTEs vs. 31% of registered victims) and Atlantic (16% of FTEs vs. 18% of registered victims) regions, the figure demonstrates that resources have been allocated in accordance with the distribution of registered victims across Canada. Quebec had 16% of NVSP FTEs versus 13% of registered victims, and the Prairie and Pacific regions had 20% of NVSP FTEs and 19% of registered victims, respectively.
