As illustrated in Figure 8, there was a significant increase in CSC Victim Services Website access from 2006 to 2009. In fact, the monthly average of website access was 248 in January 2006-August 2007, increasing to 368 in September 2007- December 2007, 985 in January 2008-December 2008 and 1932 in January 2009-September 2009.
