14. It is recommended that all written procedures concerning chemical agents and inflammatory sprays include the name commonly used in the workplace as well as the proper technical name.

CSC'S RESPONSE:

CSC's Security Equipment Manual and the Standard Operating Practice (SOP) on Security Equipment have been modified to reflect this recommendation. Included in the manual is a listing of chemical agents and inflammatory spray names that are commonly used in the work place, in addition to their proper technical names.
