25. It is recommended that the Commissioner appoint a consultant to study the effectiveness and recommend improvements regarding the course "CSC and the Law".

CSC'S RESPONSE:

"CSC and the Law" is a series of modular programs designed and delivered to various target employee groups depending on their job duties. Modules on various topics as they pertain to the CCRA and the CCRR continue to be developed. CSC does plan to contract with an independent firm to evaluate and validate the effectiveness of the learning for this series. The independent evaluation is planned for fiscal year 2000/2001.
