What has changed?
A decision was recently made that all directives requiring the Commissioner’s signature, regardless of the legislation or policy upon which they are based, will be Commissioner’s Directives. As such, this policy has now been converted into a Commissioner’s Directive.
No other changes have been made to the directive.
