A Community Support Network - CSC, Stakeholders, Community Partners and Federal / Provincial and Territorial Partnerships - is integral to an offender's successful reintegration and includes the following:

• Residential services: Private Home Placements, Community Based-Residential Facilities, Shelters / Hostels, Accommodation for Women with Children, Satellite Apartments and Secondary Housing.
• Supervision: Parole Officers, Program Officers, Aboriginal Liaison Officers, Aboriginal Community Development Officers, Aboriginal Communities and Volunteers.
• Other services and interventions: Mental Health, Education, Health Care, Employment / Training and Programs.
