This graph shows the number of self-harm incidents in CSC institutions using OMS-SR data and using SITREP data. Using OMS-SR data, the number of incidents starts at about 200 during April to September 2006 and rises to almost 350 during April to September in 2008. Using SITREP data, the number of incidents starts at about 70 in April to September 2006 and rises to almost 200 in April to September 2008.
