This graph illustrates the number of offenders involved in self-injurious behaviours in CSC institutions. The rates for men are about 125 during April to September 2006, decreased to about 110 in April to September 2007 and increase to about 175 in April to September 2008. For women, the number of offenders involved in incidents from April to September 2006 is about 15. The number increases to about 20 from April to September 2007 and remains unchanged until April to September 2008. For the total offenders combined, the number of total offenders starts at about 140 in April to September 2006, decreases to about 130 in April to September 2007 and rises to almost 200 in April to September 2008.
