How was it developed?

This technical amendment was developed by Health Services in consultation with the Security Branch and the Strategic Policy Division.

Who will be affected by the policy?

All staff and anyone else interacting with inmates could potentially be affected.

Institutional staff responsible for enhanced observation.

Expected cost?
