In the Pacific region, 69% of offenders in the comparison group (not receiving CEC services) had a high employment need, while 32% had a low employment need. Of those receiving CEC services in the Pacific region 71% had a high employment need while 29% had a low employment need. In the Prairie region, 71% of offenders in the comparison group had a high employment need while 29% had a low need. Of those receiving CEC services in the Prairie region 72% had a high need, while 28% had a low need. In the Ontario region 63% of offenders not receiving CEC services had a high employment need and 37% had a low need. Of those receiving CEC services in the Ontario region 68% of offenders had a high need while 32% had a low need. In the Quebec region, 13% of offenders not receiving CEC services had a high employment need and 87% had a low need. Of those receiving CEC services, 12% had a high employment need, while 88% had a low need. In the Atlantic region, 57% of offenders not receiving CEC services had a high employment need while 43% had a low need. 65% of offenders receiving CEC services in the Atlantic region had a high need, while 35% had a low employment need.
